high nutrient minimal calorie = BEAST !

NO gimmick no quick fix – food that are high in nutrients are your friend – “foods” high in calories are to be kept at a distance. Think of it as “boxing out” in basketball lingo, that way you have a clear path to the goal of total Beast-MODE!

Knowledge is power and powerful knowledge moves mountains. The key is learning a few important things about the body. Not the body as machine but the body as cooperative organism where all things therein impact the whole.  This is the key to getting the most out of your efforts of getting in shape IF that’s indeed your aim.  This is not dieting, its becoming a new person with new habits, healthier – on your own terms. Why ? Really no reason is needed – you want it or you don’t for yourself.  I don’t know what motivated me save for the fact that I enjoy it. Motivation wanes so if its required to keep you going you will soon fall off as it is not possible to always be motivated. But it is indeed possible to stay on a road  come what may.
