Wind and Fire ( endurance training and weight lifting = muscle in “CRISIS” = BEAST ) …


I noticed a significant decline in my ability to” maxout” when I stopped running. Its not that I willingly quit – I physically couldn’t due in part to a stupid injury which I tried to fight through and made worst . In that state my muscles were more than willing to go more while lifting but I was winded AF and rapid heart rate it was surreal – no beast should ever know such a inferior state. Once I started back running and thank god I am peaking again where before I felt I was cheating myself out of progress with poor endurance during reps. Run to the sun tho ! SALUTE
